Rule-based form feedback from webcam pose landmarks. A hackathon demo, not a coach.
Every fault it spots comes with a likely cause and a drill to fix it. It is a fixed lookup table, so the same fault always names the same cause.
Fits a straight line to your per-rep scores and, once 5+ reps show a clear decline, estimates when form drops below 55. A rough trend, not a validated forecast.
Compares your left and right shoulders, hips, knees and ankles, measured against your body length so it grades the same near or far from the camera. Thresholds are hand-set.
Run locally with an ElevenLabs key for a two-way voice coach. Without one, you get spoken cues through your browser.
Requires webcam + microphone access. Position yourself so your full body is visible.
Not medical advice. This is an unvalidated demonstration built in a hackathon. Its thresholds were set by hand, have never been checked against ground truth or reviewed clinically, and it cannot see load, tempo, pain, or anything outside the camera frame. “Injury risk” here is a label on an arbitrary numeric cutoff and carries no clinical meaning. Do not use it to decide whether a set is safe to continue, and do not use it in place of a qualified coach, physiotherapist, or clinician. If something hurts, stop and see a professional.
Straight-line extrapolation of your per-rep scores to a fixed cutoff. Not a forecast and not a clinical judgement — see the health disclaimer.
